the great pumpkin patch

so yesterday john and i went to sinkland farms, here in christiansburg, va. (he was such a trooper to go with me!) what a neat place! i wish i had found out about it earlier in my time here at tech so i could have enjoyed this every fall! at the farm there were hayrides, a "scaredy cat corn maze" (which we got all the way through!) hay bales for the kids to run and jump on, facepainting, homemade pumpkin ice cream, a petting zoo, horses for the kiddies to ride, and even a fake cow complete with udders to milk! what a cool place. check it out at: www.sinklandfarms.com. here are just a few pictures of a fun, fall afternoon! :)
